Sumaiya Education Society‘s H & T College of Education is well-known for its sprawling area of 1 acres built up area of 2468.6 sq.m, a well planned and comprehensive infrastructure provided for both students and faculty. The well-equipped state-of-the-art labs in all of its disciplines are a testimony to this fact.
Every year, the institution invests lakhs of rupees on acquiring modern and highly sophisticated equipment for its labs to be on par with its increasing student uptake and to improve the inborn qualities of students and fulfilled the aims of education and all round development of students. It also spends staggering amounts for maintenance of these expensive labs.
Computer Lab
In today's modern era, computer knowledge is essential in all fields of education. Recognizing this need, the college has invested in establishing a comprehensive Computer Lab with networking capabilities to ensure that students have access to the resources to thrive in their academic pursuits.
Library
The institute provides a well-equipped Central Library with encyclopedic collections, references & textbooks, dictionaries, news paper, periodicals and journals of national and international repute. A spacious reading hall that’s open till late evening facilitates students to choose as per their convenience.
Science Lab
The college boasts a well-equipped and spacious Science Lab, with a dynamic space to apply theoretical knowledge through practical experimentation. Through hands-on learning experiences, students gain a comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts and principles.
Seminar Hall
The College has a well-equipped audio-visual hall with state-of-the-art equipment. They include Computer, Sound system, LCD projector, Overhead projector, etc. The students and teachers make use of this facility to make project presentations, to conduct interactive sessions, and guest lectures.
Psychology Lab
The college is equipped with a state-of-the-art Psychology Lab featuring a wide range of psychological tests. This facility provides students with the opportunity to conduct hands-on experiments, allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding and research in the field of psychology.
Basic Facilities
The college has well-ventilated classrooms and tidy hallways for students. Separate common rooms for both male and female students to relax and socialize. Additionally, the college offers a well-maintained playground for outdoor activities and a variety of indoor games for recreational purposes.
