Our History
In 2007, under the aegis of the Sumaiya Education Society, a dream – H & T COLLEGE OF EDUCATION - was conceived to create leaders par excellence by developing and nurturing talent. Out of the many aspirants, a few worthy will become the next generation of visionaries.
The H & T COLLEGE OF EDUCATION is strategically located at Kasturi Nagar, Sadak Arjuni, Gondia District, Maharashtra. The lush green campus spreads over 1 acre and has the best available infrastructure.
To promote "SARVA SHIKSHA ABHIYAN" of Govt. of India, the Sumaiya Education Society has planned to start Teachers' Training Courses in the next academic year 2013-2014. The Society has submitted a proposal to start D.El.Ed. courses to NCTE - WRC, Bhopal, a statutory body of the Govt. of India.
The H & T COLLEGE OF EDUCATION offers a D.El.Ed., conducted by a dedicated team of faculty members drawn from academia as well as industry and known for their achievements, enabling H & T COLLEGE OF EDUCATION to achieve high levels of academic excellence and quality research.

Sumaiya Education Society's philosophy is based on our mission statement. We see our role as educators to prepare students to be successful. Countrywide magnet programs provide a wide range of educational opportunities with specialized curricula.
VISION
Sumaiya Education Society, aims to create a stimulating learning environment by providing highly motivated facilitators, innovative educational methods, and quality infrastructure to help students discover and nurture and bring to fruition the treasure within.
OBJECTIVES
Sumaiya Education Society aims to promote the welfare of the scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), other backward classes (OBC), handicapped, minority communities, and all other communities in India to contribute to the social harmony and integration.
